Coaching Confidentiality Policy

Upon entering into coaching engagements, this Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between Push Yourself Pty Ltd T/A Grow & Thrive Co ("Grow & Thrive Co") and you, our clients.

Purpose

Grow & Thrive Co agree that in the course of coaching engagements, we may be exposed to or acquire information which is proprietary or confidential to our clients. To protect such information, Grow & Thrive Co conduct our services as follows:

Confidential Information

2.1 Confidential Information includes but is not limited to business and marketing plans, strategies, customer lists, operations, internal structures, financial information, pricing details, product information, designs, sales methods, inventions, and trade secrets which are not generally known to the public.

Non-Disclosure

3.1 Grow & Thrive Co agree to hold our client's Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to disclose such information to any persons or entities without the prior written consent from our clients.

3.2 Grow & Thrive Co will not to use any Confidential Information for any purpose except for the purpose of coaching our clients.

Exclusions

4.1 This Agreement does not apply to information that: (a) was in the public domain at the time it was disclosed; (b) becomes part of the public domain through no fault of the receiving party; (c) was already in the receiving party's possession prior to being furnished by the disclosing party; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law or court order.
